Decjuba, a leading name in women's fashion, celebrated its 15th year of business with a special event. To celebrate this milestone, Decjuba chose to honour its dedicated team with a celebration that doubled as a thank you to staff as well as a recruitment drive. The Print Factory was tasked with turning a spreadsheet brief into a lively and functional setting that would bring Decjuba's vision to life. This project required meticulous planning and a versatile approach to meet the client's needs within budget and time constraints.
The Print Factory waspresented with the opportunity to showcase its agility and expertise in designing,printing and installing displays for the 15th-anniversary event. The eventneeded to reflect the luxury and premium feel associated with the Decjuba brandwhile adhering to a budget. Despite compressed production timelines, The PrintFactory was able to demonstrate its speed and efficiency. The involvement ofmultiple stakeholders brought forth the chance for The Print Factory to displayits adaptability in accommodating last-minute updates essential for on-timeinstallation for the evening. The design process provided an occasion to employvarious materials to effectively contribute to the event's ambience whilst reflectingthe brand seamlessly.
The Print Factory adopted a flexible and adaptable approach to seize these opportunities. Canvas House in South Melbourne was chosen as the venue, where different zones each played a crucial role in ensuring functionality while reflecting the desired aesthetic showcasing the Decjuba brand. Materials such as PVC, gold vinyl, block-out self-adhesives, and various fabrics were employed to bring the brand's vision to life. Decjuba's decision to bring in a lighting expert significantly elevated the event's ambience, with The Print Factory collaborating seamlessly across event bump-in and set up. The Print Factory team remained prepared for on-the-go adjustments to manage last-minute stakeholder feedback and other constraints effectively.
The successful activation of Decjuba's 15th-anniversaryevent is a testament to The Print Factory's agility, adaptability, and expertise. By staying flexible and effectively leveraging a wide range of materials and expertise, The Print Factory created an event space that truly reflected Decjuba's brand essence and their commitment to their staff. Our enduring relationship with Decjuba enabled us to capture their unique style and culture, resulting in a vibrant celebration that showcased their dynamic and fun atmosphere. The event encapsulated the brand's vision, skillfully using diverse materials and strategic lighting to create an ambience befitting Decjuba's premium standing, all achieved within the given budget and time constraints.
