To celebrate 25 years of delivering quality products to Australian women, Mimco designed a special anniversary collection of bags and accessories inspired by their most iconic products. At The Print Factory, we were only too excited to join the party! We worked closely with the marketing teams at both Mimco and David Jones to make sure that every detail of the window display was perfect. The logistics of the project were completely handled by us: from the industrial design to the installation, our team was dedicated to matching the high standards that Mimco is known for.
With their birthday quickly approaching, Mimco had to choose a company that could independently handle everything involved with the window installation. We were happy to help and worked closely with their visual merchandising team to design the display. The window was measured, then the lightbox was digitally rendered in 3D to visualise the final product. We then went on-site to complete an audit of the space before the big day, just to be sure that everything would fit properly and look as excellent as we had planned.
Our installation team arrived outside of David Jones’ store hours to begin assembling the lightbox according to the rendered blueprints. The Mimco visual merchandising team handled the window dressing. Reflective acrylic boxes showcased hats and accessories, and purses and jewellery were carefully suspended from the ceiling via hooks that had been installed by our team. Finally, we completed the display by decorating the exterior window with metallic gold vinyl decals.
